We deliver across India. Local delivery within Imphal and nearby areas of Manipur is handled by our own delivery team; other locations are served through trusted courier partners.
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer, and we will inform you of the timeline.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, festivals, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout before payment. Prepaid orders may qualify for free or reduced delivery as indicated on the website.
You will receive updates via WhatsApp, SMS, or the app. For local deliveries, live rider tracking may be available.
For local deliveries, a delivery code (OTP) shown in your app or shared by us must be provided to the rider to confirm safe handover.
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, we will attempt to contact you to reschedule. Repeated failed attempts may result in the order being returned.
